Who we are
This website and the Fractional service are operated by Fractional Global L.L.C.F.Z, a free-zone company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“Fractional”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We are the controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

The personal data we collect
We collect only the data we need to respond to you and to run our service. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
- Contact and enquiry details. Information you provide through our contact and guided forms, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, website, your role, the leadership needs you describe and the challenges you are facing.
- Correspondence. The content of messages you send us and the records of our communications with you.
- Technical and usage data. Information your device and browser send automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at and move through the site.
- Cookies and analytics data. Identifiers and activity recorded through cookies and similar technologies, including via Google Analytics and PostHog (see the cookies and analytics section below).
How and why we use your data
We use personal data for the following purposes:
- Responding to enquiries. To answer your questions, route you to the right hub, and follow up on the leadership needs you describe.
- Matching you to executives. To understand your requirement and match it to suitable members of our collective of fractional executives.
- Operating and improving the service. To run, secure, maintain and improve our website and our service, and to understand how the site is used.
- Marketing, with your consent. To send you updates, events and relevant information where you have asked to hear from us or where we are otherwise permitted to do so. You can opt out at any time.
- Legal and compliance. To comply with applicable laws and regulatory obligations, and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Lawful bases
Where data-protection law requires a lawful basis, we rely on the following, depending on the purpose:
- Your consent. For optional marketing communications and for non-essential cookies and analytics.
- Performance of, or steps towards, a contract. To respond to your enquiry and to provide the service you have asked about.
- Our legitimate interests. To operate, secure and improve our business and our website, in a way that is balanced against your rights and expectations.

Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed, and only with:
- Members of the collective. Executives and members of our collective, where doing so is necessary to consider, prepare for or fulfil your enquiry, such as matching you to a suitable leader.
- Service providers and processors. Trusted suppliers that help us run the service, for example hosting, communications, email delivery, payment processing and analytics. They act on our instructions and are bound to protect your data.
- Legal and regulatory recipients. Authorities, advisers or other parties where we are required to share data by law, or to protect our rights, safety, property or that of others.
- Business transfers. A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or reorganisation, subject to this policy.
International transfers
We operate across multiple regions, and some of our service providers are located outside the United Arab Emirates. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected by appropriate safeguards and handled consistently with this policy and applicable law.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. We use Google Analytics and PostHog to measure traffic and product usage so we can improve the experience.
